Healthcare and self-care aren't one-size-fits-all programs. The basis for healing in Ayurveda is the unique relationship the practitioner has with the client and, ultimately, the relationship the client cultivates with their self/Self.

One of my favorite phrases in the Ayurvedic texts is sthir sukham asana: "be seated in self-sufficient happiness". My goal as a practitioner is to teach and guide you into becoming your own greatest physician. We will build a personalized guidebook and wellness plan through our sessions. Our goal in treatment will be fulfilled when we meet, in self-sufficient health, 4 times per year for seasonal cleansing. If you yearn for peace on earth and can believe that the first step toward its achievement is being all you can be through total wellness, I think we should meet.
